Trafford Rubber’s laboratory is fitted out to test all the required physical properties needed to produce excellent compounds. We can test strength & elongation, abrasion, resilience, compression set, swell or shrinkage, to prove how well these compounds would behave both dimensionally and dynamically in the marketplace.
With several thousand formulations for all types of rubber compounds, we are confident that we can meet your needs. If we can’t, our experienced technical staff supported by extensive laboratory and testing facilities will formulate the precise production solution for your needs.

We mix an extensive range of black & coloured compounds based on natural & all the major synthetic rubbers to provide end users with properties such as abrasion, chemical & heat resistance coupled with the appropriate dynamic & physical strength characteristics.
